Kard Wax Vendor Terms and Conditions

By signing up as a vendor on Kard Wax, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your registration.

Eligibility

All vendors must be 18 years of age or older to sell on the Kard Wax marketplace. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

Listings and Products

All products listed on Kard Wax must be accurately described and represented. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that listings include correct titles, descriptions, images, and pricing. Kard Wax reserves the right to remove any listing that does not meet marketplace standards.

Commission and Fees

Vendors agree to pay the commission rate associated with their subscription plan on all completed sales. Commission is automatically deducted at the time of each transaction.

Subscription and Billing

Vendor subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring cycle. Vendors have a 5 day grace period to resolve any failed or declined payments before their account is flagged and access to selling features is suspended. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure payment information is current and valid at all times.

Refunds and Returns

Vendors must honor Kard Wax's 30 day return and refund policy. Buyers are entitled to request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their order. Vendors are expected to resolve all disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Account Suspension

Kard Wax reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any vendor account that violates these terms, fails to meet listing standards, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to resolve payment issues within the 5 day grace period.

Conduct

All vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully within the Kard Wax marketplace. Any behavior that negatively impacts the buyer experience or the integrity of the platform will not be tolerated.

Changes to Terms

Kard Wax reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
